Amy Lally – President

Amy provides coaching services to all levels of leadership across Memorial Health System. She partners with leaders to discover and explore fresh perspectives on challenges, enhanced decision making skills, greater interpersonal effectiveness, increased sense of confidence, improved productivity and greater satisfaction in life and career. Coaching services focus the leader on action, accountability and follow-through.

Amy hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Illinois-Springfield, and a Master of Science in Management and Organization Behavior from Benedictine University.  She has also completed the Coach Certificate program through the Coach Academy International.  Amy holds the following certifications:

Amy is the Central Illinois Organization Development Network (CIODN) President for the 2016-2018 term.  She lives in Springfield with her husband, Doug and four children: Chloe (14), Carson (13), Declan (4), Aria (11 mo). She spends much of her free time supporting Chloe who is very active with Hoogland and theater and her two sons in their sports.  She has been a team manager for her son’s SASA soccer team for the past 7 years.

Josh Slaughterback, MS, RODP

Josh’s duties include instructional design, development and implementation of education, training, and events related to Leader Learning.

Josh holds a Master’s of Science in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education.  Additionally, he has a Bachelor’s of Science in History and Secondary Education from Illinois College in Jacksonville, and maintains an Illinois Teaching and Administrative License.  Josh is a Registered Organization Development Professional (RODP), and an Association for Training and Development certified trainer and coach.

Josh joined the Organization Learning team in April of 2017. Prior to this, he served as an OD Consultant within Leadership and Team Development. Before joining Memorial in 2015, Josh has experience teaching in the public school system and most recently he served as Executive Director and Co-Founder of 8 Points Charter School. Josh is a member of his local Franklin Lion’s Club, the Central Illinois Organization Development Network, and the Association for Talent Development.

 

 

Paul Sullivan- Treasurer

Paul Sullivan

Paul Sullivan is the Quality and Safety Assessor in Department of Laboratory Medicine at Memorial Medical Center in addition he is a member of Memorial Health System’s Operations Improvement team as one of six of the system Black Belts. Paul has over 25 years of experience in health care administration primarily in the clinical laboratory with special interests in performance improvement and change management.

Paul began his career as a laboratory scientist and progressed to management of clinical laboratory and respiratory therapy departments with additional administrative responsibilities for communications, admitting and purchasing in a small hospital.  Recently Paul has focused on quality, safety and performance improvement.  Paul served for four year as a Senior Examiner for the Illinois Performance Excellence Organization using Baldrige Criteria to assess organizations in Illinois.   Paul is the Treasurer of the Central Illinois Organization Development Network, a non-profit he helped to found in 2009.

He is the Vice President of the Sangamon Valley Youth Symphony an Officer and Vice President of Quality for Eli Bridge Company and served for ten years on the Advisory Board to the Medical Assistants program at Robert Morris University.  Paul has Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Medical Technology (ASCP), Masters in Management and Organization Development and Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Tabitha Bock – Secretary

Tabitha Bock is from Springfield , Illinois and has been doing Professional Photography for 12 years and has ran a photography business herself for 10 years. She has a strong background in dealing with cliental and world well in a fast paced environment. Tabitha has her Masters in Organizational Behavior and Science from Benedictine University at Springfield, she holds her Bachelors degree in Communications , and Associates in Graphic Design. She runs social media for a few organizations in Springfield, Illinois.

She is currently the secretary of the Central Illinois Organizational Development Network, and a Youth Leader at Grace Bible Chapel, she was previously a board member and secretary for the Central Illinois Film Commission.

 

Janet Kirby, Ph.D

Janet A. Kirby is Associate Dean for Benedictine University’s National Center for Adult Learning. In her role she recruits and provides professional development for all adult programs in the central region.  She holds a Ph.D. in Organization Development and the Master of Science in Managements and Organization Behavior from Benedictine and a Bachelor Degree from Drake University in Public Administration and Political Science.

In addition to her administrative duties she teaches courses in Business,  Management , Strategy, Organization Behavior, and Organization Development at Benedictine and Millikin University.

Kelvin Coburn

A seasoned Department of Transportation employee with an MBA and coursework in Strategic Management, Operations Management, Organizational Behavior, Conflict Management, Change Management and Team Building. Possesses a BS in Organizational Leadership. Experience in conducting professional audits. Strong expertise in preparing and writing procedural manuals. Highly accomplished in Staff Training.

Mark Bartolozzi

Mark Bartollozi

Mark A. Bartolozzi has thirty years of professional experience in finance, budgeting, management and investing in the public and private sectors. He is currently the Director of Finance and Human Resources for the Springfield Park District. With nearly nine years of experience in the position of chief financial officer, responsibilities include annual budgeting, financial management, tax levy preparation, cash modeling and projections, bond sales and capital budgeting. He is responsible for managing annual operating and capital budgets of over twenty million dollars. As the Director of Human Resources, he applies his post graduate education in Management and Organizational Behavior to develop and implement new processes and procedures in employee management, training, union contract negotiations and risk management.

Currently, Mark serves on the Board of Directors of the Central Illinois Organization Development Network, is a member of the St. Louis Organization Development Network, serves on the Benedictine University Alumni Board, serves on the Parish Finance Council, Building and Grounds Committee at St. Joseph’s Church in Chatham, Illinois and is a Certified Scenario Planner with Chermack Scenarios. Mark is also a small business owner, is an Adjunct Faculty member at Benedictine University and has served on the Ball-Chatham School Board as President/Vice President.

 

Pamela D. Woodson

Pamela Woodson is an Illinois native and the owner and lead consultant of Pamela Speaks, a Professional Speaking, Training & Consulting firm, based in Springfield.  She is also a professor at Benedictine University in Springfield; instructing in the Business, Communication and Arts & Letters Depts. Pamela believes that God made life to be an ENJOYABLE experience and SHE is determined to keep HIM HAPPY! Ms. Woodson currently holds:

The heart of a Teacher…Ms. Woodson instructed in the Business & Public Services Department at Lincoln Land Community College for eight years; four years at SHG and three years at a vocational academy before serving as President & CEO of The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Illinois.

Pamela is very active in the Springfield community as well as Fresh Visions Community Church. A passionate Civic Leader, she has served as a Girl Scout troop Leader and held executive positions in the NAACP, Toastmasters and currently sits on the Leadership Team of the Springfield Coalition on Dismantling Racism. An avid sports fan and athlete, she is also a licensed and certified NFHS/IHSA & NCAA Basketball official. In addition to mentoring and writing, Ms. Woodson produces and hosts a 30-minute, weekly television program entitled “Pamela Speaks. Her Life’s Motto: The most you can ever do is the BEST you can; so give 100% or don’t bother.
